An unexpected opportunity to let someone else rant for a change, and ask them the right question at the right time.

A childish delight at someone, in all seriousness, saying they were “pooped”.

The lack of commitment shown by the Stones-Elephants to homegroup (ha ha just kidding - hope you had fun!) meant that we were out in the middle of nowhere for our meeting tonight.  I’m glad I got to meet Midnight (a beautiful black labrador).  I hate dogs for making me love them.

The feeling of getting into clean sheets in my bed in a newly arranged and slimlined bedroom is hard to beat.

The absolute highlight of today has to be a reflective train journey to meet some CU leaders, see them becoming more and more excited and inspired about CU Vision and a great sense of accomplishment that helped me remember why I love my job.

Today’s just been lovely to chill out a bit on the brink of an extended amount of time in my own house.  There’s been a recurring theme recently, huh??  I am so thankful for time at home.

This is pretty sad really, but I loved that I got to go grocery shopping today!  Its been about 6 weeks since I’ve been in my house long enough to warrant actually having food in it.

An encouraging comment given at just the right time.

A possible answered prayer RE my housing situation next year.

Salsa!

A phonecall that I felt safe to make, the questions I felt safe to ask…

I think the best part of today was bedtime!  Not because it was a bad day particularly, but I was very tired!

The arrival at Relay 3… I’m glad its this year and not last because its a return to friends rather than a new environment as a random extra.  The discovery that I was sharing an en-suite room with a great roomie also helped!
